Process

  • Step 1 :
    Conducting a detailed discussion to precisely understand the needs, expectations, limitations, etc. of the client.
  • Step 2 : 
    Gathering relevant data and evaluating information about location, the size of the plot, age of the structure, neighborhood and legal statistics etc.
  • Step 3 : 
    Presentation of a synopsis, including but not limited to, layout, draft plans, commercial terms, timelines, specifications, shifting arrangements, document requirements etc.
  • Step 4 : 
    Fine-tuning the proposal, within the legal-technical-PMC framework, to accommodate the client’s requirement and expectations.
  • Step 5 : 
    Presenting a final techno-commercial plan and complete project layout with building drawings followed by registration of legal agreements between the Developer and the client’s housing society.
  • Step 6 : 
    Obtaining Pune Corporation Municipal/Local Authority approval.
  • Step 7 : 
    Commercial terms fulfillment and occupant shifting prior to commencing and structure handover for development.
  • Step 8 : 
    Planning of demolition and beginning redevelopment as per sanctioned plan.
  • Step 9 : 
    Finishing, inspection, installations of utility connections to avail occupancy certificate and completion certificate.
  • Step 10 :
    Construction handover with new member inductions.
